Whether you have come to SCI-FIT because of a spinal cord injury, a stroke, or a neurological condition, you probably wonder, ‘Can I be helped?’ Be assured that many others have answered their own questions with hope and hard work. Here are a few videos of resilience in action.

Carlos Jones – Carlos fell down the stairs, resulting in paralysis from the neck down. His dog’s incessant barking alerted the neighbors who called 911. He lay motionless in the hospital for a year. The doctors told him he would never walk again. Then he came to SCI-FIT.
